Declan's First Injection!

Brought BB for his first injection of 6-in-1 today and his rotavirus vacinnation. Brave little boy cos only cry for less than 5 secs. Developed fever and did not poo since yesterday. Luckily Ah Ma and Ah Gong inserted the "pump" into his "pi pi" to clear the bowels and fever subsided.. O yes, bb now weighs a hefty 6kg and measured 59cm long. Everyone who sees him always commented that he is very cute. Ya, he is cute indeed if he doesn't cry.

Doctor also mentioned that his head development is very gd cos he can actually lift up his head when lie on his tummy. BB is also now learning how to "baby talk" and can responds to us now. Sometimes so excited till he can arch his back. 2 months old, how many more months before he can stop night feedings..I am dying of lack of sleep liao..

It's not easy..

Time Flies, Baby is already 7 Weeks old. Was admitted to KKH for 2 days last thur because of the "wind" in his small tummy. Poor thing. But I think the nurses also poor thing cos they all "taste" my baby "power" during night shift..haha..They said baby scare of loneiness..haha..can start orchestra when no one is with him!

Now he is becoming cuter each day..Smiling away after milk but of cos he still has his crankiness time slot each day. Very worried cos he always vomit milk nowadays and its the big mouthful type lor. But doc say everything is normal..guess I will have to ask his PD on his next visit to be sure. Been keeping a diary of his daily activities now in case doctor ask me anything, I can show him.

But he can be very notti when drinking milk..Will keep his mouth close as tightly as possible if he dun wanna drink or he will just hold in his mouth and spit all out after his feed..

Being a Mum is really not easy. So I will stick to my idea of having 1 kid and that's it! Everyone has been telling me, " 1 is not enough" but sorry guys cos I am the one going through all this, so no thanks, I do not wish to go through this again..hehe..but nevertheless, I still love my baby..:)

Cranky Declan

Sigh..Declan has been very cranky lately..Dunno why. Think also becos Daddy Koh has been carrying him too much and he now wants people to carry.

Yesterday torture Daddy Koh whole nite and now Daddy Koh is sleeping soundly and I am taking over his "shift" now..

And yes, I finally went and rebond my hair yesterday, also to cut it short..New Look for New Mummy..:)

Baby is back!

Just brought Declan back home from Mum's place. How nice! But gonna be deprived of sleep from today till Tues again before bringing him back to Mum's Place. He is getting naughtier now, already knew how to scream and cry "fakely" in order for us to carry him. Will try to let him sleep alone in his room tonight as we bought the baby monitor kit already..Alrite, enough said, below are some updated pic of my little darling..:)

I Miss My Baby..

Sigh, I having mixed feelings now..BB is now at my mum's place till friday. Before he went there, I am still ok thinking its gd in a way that Daddy Koh and I finally have some space of our own liao. But now I realise I missed baby very much.

Called my dad and he said initially Baby refused to sleep, maybe becos he dun have his "smell" on his new pillows and bed over at my mum's place. But now, he is ok, when I called, he just woke up to have his milk. Ermm..wondering how will he be tonite over there..Now looking forward to tomorrow so I can go over to Mum's place to see him..
