Our little Declan hits the 7mth mark!

Now he can :

1) Recognise people and select who to carry him
2) Laugh out real loud
3) Grab everything and put in his mouth
4) Loves the baby biscuits, bread etc
5) Can finish 1 big bowl of cereal plus puree within 10 minutes
6) Can sit in his walker and move backwards, sideways and front.
7) Will cry whenevr he sees me walk away
8) Can stand with support for quite a while
9) Love to bring his leg up and suck his toes
10) Poo Poo still as smelly as ever or even more stinko
11) Loves to watch the "cough misture" advertisement
12) Loves his Humpty Dumpty Toy
13) Still has his "attitude". Ignoring people he dunno
14) Upgraded from 130ml to 160ml of milk

Bought him for his haircut yesterday. ACtually wanna shave him again but Daddy Koh already warned me not to before he left for his business trip. So must listen to him lor. Grandma thinks he looks better with the haircut cos now his hair got "shape" liao and makes his head looks even rounder..ahhaha

By the way, bought him a walker cos grandma cannot tahan him liao. He likes to be carried now and we just couldn't "take" his weight for too long liao. Yeah I know some people are against walker cos they believe the kid will walk tip toe, but I think it should be ok cos majority of us also sat in walker when we are young and most of us dun walk tip toe wat. I know its not easy to look after him, so I hope the walker can make things a little bit simpler for my mum.

Brought our little boy to his first photoshoot last Sat! Pics turned out to be better than what we expected. Initially I was abit worried how the pics will turn out cos little Declan was very grouchy as he doesn't has enough sleep and the air-con broke down. So it was pretty hot and stuffy, but he still manage to "accomplish" his task! Good Job Boy! Mummy and Daddy so proud of you !

Tomorrow dropping by Marriot Hotel to see their package on Declan's 1st Birthday. Yeah, I know, its still about 5 months away, but those who know me will know I always like to plan in advance..hehe..Also now considering what design to use for his cake..Thinking of Seasame Beginnings theme..So anyone of u has lobangs on cupcake pics etyc on this theme, do let me know ya..

Long time no update liao. Our little boy is still as active as ever. Now he is more responsive and knows how to select people to carry him. His appetite is gradually increasing now. He can finish 1 big bowl of cereal with puree and finish his 150ml milk in less than 2 hrs later. He loves bread, egg yolk, puree with cereal and Rusks biscuits.

The only difficult thing about him now is to put him to bed. Dunno why this little boy is not willing to sleep even though you can see that he is very tired. Sigh, dunno what to do with him. Bought him a jumperoo and will try him in it over the weekend.

Bought him to Joleen's little princess full month last sun and everyone saying how cute he is and how much he resemble his dad. Aiyo, can practically see his father flying up and hitting the ceiling when everyone says his son resemble him lor...

Little boy also likes to be out of the house now..die la, now he very "huay kah" liao..See the gate open, wanna rush forward and kicking his legs away. Sometimes he can really drive me nuts especially when he keep waking up in the nite. Dunno why he can sleep so well at ah ma's place but whenever come home must tekan us..tsk tsk..Me resigned to my fate liao..hahah

Our baby finally poo poo today liao. After 9 days of anxious waiting, he finally poo! Hurray! Even Daddy Koh felt so happy when I told him the good news over the phone. O ya, Daddy Koh is currently in India and will be back on Sat but will be flying off to KL on Monday again.

Dunno why he seldom poo nowasdays and its not constipation as his poo poo are soft and watery even after so many days.

This little boy boy now loves to stand and can stand for quite awhile with us holding him. And once you place him down, he will start to scream. Now he really knows how to throw tantrum. The other day, I was eating strawberry pocky and give him some, he loves it! Lick until the coating clean clean and cried when I stop giving him..hahah

But he hates his teething biscuit cos he refuses to bite on it and just threw it on the floor. Waste my money! But he really getting cuter each day as he is very responsive now. His favourite past time now is to do his "boo-ing" till his face is practically covered with his saliva..hahaha

"Beckam"'s hairstyle!

Little Declan turns 6 months today and he finally has his last dose of 6-in-1 injectioon yesterday! Never cry at all! What a brave boy! Daddy and Mummy are so proud of you!

He now weighs 8.1kg and is 69.5cm. Doctor says his development is above average even though Mummy said he had lost weight cos he was sick last week. Yeah, our poor baby was coughing so badly that he loses his sleep. Mummy Koh heartpain when she saw her little baby has dark rings and eye bags! Bought him to KKH last Sunday and doctor said it's some kinda air borne viral infection. As usual Daddy koh who dotes on his son immediately went to buy an air purifier at a whooping price of $500 plus!! (FAINT)

Dumb Dumb Daddy Koh also bought another COMBI stroller because he thinks that the existing GRACO is too big despite Mummy Koh telling him not to buy! Another damage of $264. See, we really spend alot on this little baby who is only 6 mths old! Can't imagine how much more we are going to spend on him as he grows older.

Realise that we had bought too much clothes for him till the chest of drawers from IKEA has given way. So Daddy Koh and I went down to V-hive today and bought baby a new chest of drawers. Has to stop buying clothes for him now! MUST CONTROL! :s

We also bought a "ferrari" and "motorbike" for our little boy! But he is still too young to play..hehhe Mummy Koh kan cheong spider, everytime got cheap sprees faster buy first. Haha..Now the house are full of Declan's stuff! Swing, playmat, playyard, toys, clothes, bumbo seat, air purifier, baby safety gate etc, etc..all becos of 1 little fella. Tsk Tsk...(Shake Head!)

Yeah, now even the store room has no room so Mummy Koh has decide to install racks to store the stuff when daddy Koh comes back from India next week.

Our Declan finally flip today!! Hurray! Daddy Koh left him on his playmat facing up, and when he returned, little Declan is already on his stomach! This boy really got attitude one ok, when we asked him to flip for us again, he die die also dun want.."tee gong tee siao" like that! But after a long 15 minutes wait, he finally flip right before our eyes! heheh Hip Hip Hurray!

O ya, now Declan's favourite vegetable is tomato. Grandpa and Grandma has been giving him that for dessert since last week and he loves it! He will cry for more when he finished one. That's pretty funny cos both Daddy Koh and I dun take raw tomatoes.

Our baby turns 5 mths and 1 week today! It seems like yesterday that I just given birth.

Our little rascal is as talkative as ever..Blabbering away whenever you talk to him. Started to give him rice cereal yesterday and obviously, he doesn't fancy it cos he "boo" everything out.

His $266 (Heart Pain) bumper mat arrives yesterday and he seems to like it cos he can even nap on it. Sigh, we really spend a bomb on his stuff already. But Daddy Koh and I always think that we only wanna give him the best of everything.

Daddy Koh cam back from US last Monday and gosh, he bought alot of clothes for Declan. There's Gap, Nike, Children's place etc. Its a whole stack lor..No kidding man..We been together for so long, never did I see him buy so much stuff from his business trip.

For these past few nights, dunno why he cannot sleep through. Yesterday night was the worst..Slept at 8pm, then wake up at 1.30am for milk then go to bed at 3am. After that keep waking up almost every half hourly. Really very SIONG for me.

He can now recognise people. My fren and her hubby came by yesterday and he cry like dunno what when he saw them. Aiyo..take some time to calm him down. Sometimes when I look at him, I still can't believe that I am already a mum..Aiyo...really loves him sooooooo much..
