Little Declan turns 10 mths yesterday. Let's see, wat are the things he is capable of now..ermm..

1) He can finally crawl! First crawl on the 23 Sep 08 (On Daddy's Koh Birthday! The Best Gift!)

2) He knows how to "kiss" whenevr you ask him to.

3) He loves food!

4) He nows clings to either Grandma or Mummy Koh

5) He can sit on the toilet bowl with his baby toilet seat and poo poo! (What another achievement!)

6) He's can pull himself to stand

7) He knows how to laugh "fakely" and enjoys that.

8) Doesn't like his walker or jumperoo now

9) Still "stuck" at having 2 bottom teeth

Whoa! Baby Declan has indeed grown alot..He now weighs 10kg and measure 76cm long!

Whoa! Long time no blog..Mummy and Daddy Koh were away for a holiday in Korea and were back only last Wed. Following that, We brought Baby Declan and grand parents for a short stay at Rasa Sentosa from Fri to Sun. So its really a bussssy week!

Little Declan really enjoyed himself during the stay! He loves swimming and look super cute in the swim suit which Mummy Koh bought for him in Korea. Also brought him to the Underwater world to see fishes and boy! You can really see the fascinated face on Baby Declan's face! Its really a joy to see how he enjoyed the 3 days stay.

Our little Declan is really a greedy fella. He eats almost EVERYTHING we ate. I fed him durian and ice cream that day, and he loves it. Even the fillings of the curry puff and spicy mee pok, he also eat! Me really faint..haha's at 5 to 5.30pm sharp cos that's supposed to be his "strolling" time. If we dun bring him out of the house at that time, he can really bug u till u tak boleh tahan!

He loves drinking water also, yes plain water. He can drink and drink unless u stopped him..I find that absoultely amazing cos babies seldom like water..But its a real good thing! Good Boy!

Now he knows how to give "high five", kiss and "kok tou"..hahah but will be cooperative only when he is in the mood..O ya, he can also sit on the potty and poo poo liao..THanks to Grandma's training.

Also, we have set up the playyard surrounding his bed before he starts crawling..Ermm..but he haven't show any signs of crawling yet leh..

Yeah! Declan's got 2 little teeth popping out! Was applying teething gel for him on the 1st Aug and felt something rough and realise its his little teeth! So happy!

Little boy is really growing up. Yesterday when daddy koh pressed the remote for the fan, little Declan turns to the Tv instead cos he thought we are on-ing the tv..hahaha..So cute.

His temper now very hot..Always throw tantrum when things never go his way. But for me, I will let him cry, cos I still believe should never keep giving in to his demands else it will be a habit.

Brought him to GIANT yesterday and bump into another mummy from the forum. The funny thing is we recognise each other by looking at our babies..hahah..O ya, just bought a leapfrog little touvh system for my boy, think its really educational but dun think my boy can undersatnd yet..Now the only thing he likes to do is to tear the book or bite the machine instead of reading or listening to it..sigh...Anything that's he get his hands off will be damage (ermm...reminds me of "Stich" from the movie)

Baby Declan turns 8th Month today! He now weighs 9.4kg! Just learn the "Art of Screaming" 2 days ago and has been screaming regardless whether he is happy or angry.

He is 1 little fierce guy now. Can throw tantrum by clenching his fists and "grinding" his gums till his whole face turn red! OMG! Dunno what to do with him!

Now I bathe him but putting him in standing position and just shower over his head. He is 1 cute and smart fella. Whenever he sees me take the shower, he will immediately tilted his head high up in order to prevent the water from getting into his eyes. But today, as I was bathing him, he slipped but as usual, he crys for less than a minute. Am really proud of my little boy!

My boy now really enjoys the jumperoo and can jump non-stop for at least half an hour! But when you hear him scream out loud, that would means he has poo poo! Dunno why he always poo poo whenever he is in the jumperoo..

I am gradually stopping to breast feed him. Actually felt a bit guilty cos Breast milk is the best but am really very exhausting. Besides we have booked a trip to Taiwan in Sep, so in order to save all the hassle, am deciding to stop BF-ing him.

Phew! Its been real tiring these few days looking after him. Especially when Daddy Koh is away today for his business trip. So me have to look after him all by myself till late evening.

Another 5 days and our liitle Declan will turn 8 months old! He loves to put everything into his mouth so gotta be real careful to ensure all the tiny winnie objects are out of his reach. Guess its due to teething. Gotta apply teething gel on his gums before he goes to bed every night in order to ensure him sleeping through.

Our little baby is now 9kg! Whoa, that's pretty taxing on Mummy Koh. I can no longer carry him to Punggol Plaza to buy breakfast. Must use the stroller now else my back will break. Haha. Me been cooking purees, porridges etc for him. Realise he doesn't like baby yoghurt, waste my $$$ again..

Now Little Declan has sort of established his schedule, so actually its pretty enjoyable to look after him. Except that he is very sticky, always need company. Hehe, but manage to find a way to distract him and that's "BABY BRIGHT" DVD. Aiya, of cos not for very long la, cos my little rascal has limited attention only.

Finally booked the birthday package with Marriot! Also book a room for that day cos think its easier in case Declan wanna take a nap or change diaper.

Looking forward to his BIG day! (Mind you, its his 1st Birthday ok! Very important! :p) haha..We are going to have a tea party with seasme street theme. Also ordered his cake already..It will be a 2 tier cake with 50 mini cupcakes. Hope everything will turn out well! Really excited!

Really feel that we are bonded even more closely now. Nowadays whenever I bid him goodbye at my mum's place, my heart feels "sour". Can also see him prefer me more than Daddy Koh! haha..Daddy Koh sour grapes saying that's because he is often not in town.

Aiyo! Really love him soooo much! How can you not love him! So cuteeeeee..(AT least that's wat Me and Daddy Koh think) haha :)
